QUALITY POLICY

All the actions of those who make up VALVESEAL S.L. are aimed at satisfying the needs of our interested parties, that is to say, all the people or organisations that affect or are affected by VALVESEAL S.L.

To strengthen its commitment to quality, the organisation has decided to implement a Quality Management System, in accordance with the international standard UNE-EN-ISO 9001:2015 for the export, import, wholesale and retail trade activities of all types of industrial valves and fittings and products related to their installation.

This implementation implies compliance with applicable regulatory and legal requirements, as well as a commitment to continuous improvement.

Specifically, the VALVESEAL S.L. Management Policy is defined as follows:

  • Commitment to comply with the requirements established by clients, by the legislation in force applicable to the activities and services developed, the requirements that our organisation subscribes to, as well as compliance with other requirements established by third parties.
  • To increase the satisfaction of our customers and the expectations of our stakeholders with the service provided, as well as to further improve the quality of the work carried out.
  • Effective allocation of roles and responsibilities so that the concept of quality permeates all levels and activities.
  • Raise awareness and motivate staff on the importance of the implementation and development of a Management System, guaranteeing their training for the correct performance of their activities within the organisation.
  • To implement and maintain internal management and control measures to meet the requirements and continuously improve the effectiveness of the quality system to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • The commitment of top management to make available to the organisation all the resources necessary for the achievement of the system's improvement objectives. Considering these guidelines, this management reiterates its firm commitment to join efforts to achieve these objectives, so that this policy is understood, implemented and kept up to date at all levels of the organisation.
